What are your payment methods?

T/T, Western, According to the customer's payment terms.

What is the delivery time?

If there is no stock, it will take 15-20 working days. In Stock: Payment Before delivery.

Are the samples free? Who covers the freight?

The smart electronic lock series and the customized samples and freight are not free, and the freight fee can be negotiated by each other.

How long is the warranty period?

One year Warranty.

IC card cannot be swiped, no response?

Firstly, confirm whether the IC card is in the corresponding position, check the whole lock, if still no response can use mechanical unlocking, or contact us.

The Bluetooth signal is turned on but it doesn't match the lock.

First make sure that there is a signal, and if the mobile phone APP match works, find the lock number, and exclude the power problem if there is still no response, you can use mechanical unlocking, or contact us.
